  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  1. Replacement Policy:
  • Replacements are offered for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The replacement request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized or customized toys.
  • Products with signs of usage or tampering.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds are processed only for items that are unavailable for replacement.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  1. Return Process:
  • Customers must raise a return request via email or the website’s return portal.
  • A pickup will be arranged, or customers may be asked to ship the item back. Shipping charges for valid returns will be reimbursed.

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or replacements are processed only if the item passes the inspection.
